When you have a guild, and make a cape for 2k, is the payment for the cape just once?

Yeah, you only pay to make the cape. Then you'll have the cape with no further charge. The only way you would pay more is if you decided to change your cape later on. Then you would have to spend another 2k to get a new cape.

yes, for the entire guild. But if you change its design you have to pay again etc
